Hi. I'm Cindy Malouf

Founder of Race2bHuman, a platform centered on our shared humanity — exploring race, identity, democracy, civic engagement, bridge-building, emotional storytelling, and the urgent work of protecting one another in a time when so many forces profit from division.

I believe deeply in justice, empathy, truth, accountability, and collective action. I believe people are capable of growth. I believe democracy requires participation. I believe storytelling can soften defenses and help people see one another more fully. And I believe hope is not passive — it’s something we build together.

I don’t claim to have all the answers. I’m still learning every day. I make mistakes. I get things wrong. But I’m committed to staying in the work with honesty, humility, curiosity, and love.
